Lorraine C. Crawford, 88 of Erie, MI, died Sunday, January 29, 2017, at Ebeid Hospice Residence, Sylvania, OH. Born April 2, 1928, in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of Frank and Emma ( Hunkler) Zettler. Lorraine was the widower of Leon Cousino and Lee Crawford. She was a bookkeeper for the former Odland Iron Works in Toledo, retiring in 1990. She was a member of the Salesians Club, 55 + , and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, where she was active in the Keen-Agers.
Lorraine is survived by her loving children, Len Cousino, Debra (Les) Lashaway and Joe (Jenny) Cousino; brother, Robert (June) Zettler; sister, Frances (Robert) Koch; the angels in her life, Joan Burford and Pam Reid, 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Cousino; grandsons, Kenneth L. Cousino and Lee Jay Cousino; and sister, Margaret Matura.
Visitation will be from 3-8 pm, Thursday, February 2, 2017, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where the Salesians will pray the Rosary Thursday at 4:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, February 3, 2017 at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 8330 Lewis Avenue, Temperance, MI, where she will lie in state after 10:00 am. Memorials may be made to hospice organization of the donor’s choice. www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
